We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges for any of our products.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will typically take 4-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holidays.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey and see the estimated delivery date.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@tychejoy.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@tychejoy.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made. However, you may return the item once it has been delivered by following our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We offer refunds within 10 business days of receiving your item. There is no restocking fee for returns. For exchanges, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
