The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
